Transformation programm as a prerequisite for the implementation of a globally aligned and centralized supply chain management system: Development of an SAP®-based global template and rollout for the standardization of supply chain management in a central, globally operating unit. The implementation was carried out in clearly defined, overlapping time frames in groups in different national companies and sales units.

• Creation of process training for classroom training, e-learning courses and web-based training
